For the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Abdullatif Jamil Group, representing Toyota and Lexis Automobiles in the kingdom, is intending to open the first center for women, which will offer both automobile shopping services as well as Internet services.
According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, this center, which is referred to as Net Cafe, has encountered large demand by the Saudi men. The company had previously opened a Net Cafe for men in Jeddah.
Those arriving to these Net Cafes are given the chance to both view the new car models as well as have access to the Internet. The same Saudi group stressed that women constitute 30 percent of the total customers. — (Albawaba-MEBG)
