First Lybian automobile available soon

The first Libyan-made car will be available in the country’s local markets soon. According to Al-Watan daily, the spokesman of the Libyan Internal Investments company, and its subsidiary automobile factory, Libwa, has said that this car will be obtainable in the upcoming 31st national celebrations of September the 1st revolution. 

 

The factory manufacturing this automobile is located 50 kilometers east of Tripoli, currently assembling 10,000 cars and manufacturing 40 per shift. The new vehicle will come in three models: a family, salon, and a five-door car. Most of the components, totaling nearly 4,5000, are assembled in Libya.  

 

The price of the new automobile will start at LD 13,000, making it affordable for medium-level income Lybian inhabitants. –(Albawaba-MEBG)
