Kuwait's Munshaat Real Estate Projects Company (MREPC) stated on Saturday the commencing of the final phase of establishing Zamzam Tower in Saudi Arabia's holy city of Mecca.
In a press statement, MREPC's acting CEO Ahmad Al-Omani said the final phase features applying the final touches to interior design and furnishing through contracting with a competent and specialized British firm with a total cost of US$ 55 million.
According to KUNA, he said that establishing Zamzam Tower, with an area of 91,326 square-meters, is going according to schedule, adding that the leased area will be 31 floors containing 1,240 luxurious residential suites.
Founded in 2003 and employing 15 staff, Munshaat is a dedicated Islamic real estate finance and investment company headquartered in Kuwait. Zamzam Toweris its biggest project to date.
