Falcon City of Wonders, an ambitious AED 5.5 billion project being set up within Dubailand, has generated major response from visitors at the International Property Week 2006, the comprehensive annual trade exhibition for international and Middle East property markets, that was held from February 21st to 23rd at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre. Falcon City of Wonders had an extensive presence at the exhibition, where they displayed a show model of the project, backed by an experienced team to provide detailed explanations on the project to visitors.

The Falcon City of Wonders project also caught the attention of Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Technology, E-Commerce, and Media Free Zone, who took a close look at the show model of the project.

“The Falcon City of Wonders project has gained recognition both regionally and internationally, and one of the main reasons for this is the impact we have been able to create during our participation in premier property exhibitions such as the International Property Week,” said Salem Al Moosa, Chairman and CEO, Falcon City of Wonders LLC.

“We believe that Falcon City of Wonders, besides serving as a unique residential and leisure development, with a comprehensive mix of all modern amenities, will become a tourist attraction in itself as it presents a whole new concept in design and architecture. Our primary goal of participating in the International Property week was to create better brand awareness and explore the business potential at the show, and we are glad that we achieved both these objectives. Further, we had a very experienced team of staff members at our stand to provide detailed information on the entire project to the visitors,” he added.

The Falcon City of Wonders has been previously participated at prominent events such as Worldwide Property Show 2006 and Home Owner Dubai 2006. The company has recently opened its sales office at the heart of Dubai to simplify the buying procedure for potential investors by ensuring better access, and to enhance the visibility of the project.

Falcon City of Wonders is a unique, purpose-built community project featuring structures based on the architectural wonders of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition, the project comprises villas, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs, schools, and parks.
