Elaine Jones, CEO of leading property management company, Asteco, is expecting rents in the UAE property market to go down.
Speaking to Khaleej Times, she said that by the end of 2006 and the beginning of 2007, the rents will start to drop. The reason why rental fees are so high today is a matter of too little supply and too much demand, she explained.
