Bahrain boasts the most transparent and reliable financial reporting and government data system in the region, a top global publisher was quoted as saying by a Bahraini daily.
Oxford Business Group’s Country Editor, Damian Nixon who announced the launch of the second edition of Emerging Bahrain, conveyed to Bahrain Tribune that they have had no problem in getting reliable data from the Bahrain Monetary Agency and other ministries. Earlier, Oxford Business Group, in association with Bahrain's Economic Development board have formally launched Emerging Bahrain 2006, a comprehensive guide covering the country’s economic, political, social and commercial sectors.
