EPSON, the international manufacturer of digital imaging products, has devised an ambitious strategy to increase its business by 15 percent in the Middle East by the year 2003.
It seeks to achieve this target by introducing a new generation of printers and scanners designed to meet the requirements of the region’s Information Technology (IT) industry, which has been showing an annual growth of between 15 to 20 percent.

The line-up will feature high-speed printers, scanners and new generation multi-function digital imaging products. EPSON’s strategy to play a dominant role in the booming IT industry of the region was unveiled at a press conference held in Dubai on Wednesday, October 9, 2002.
