Oil Field exploration

Kuwait is interested in developing its oil fields, and therefore it will probably invite ENI (as well as other oil companies) to participate in operation for developing the northern oil fields. The duration of the contract will be 20 – 25 years. According to Kuwaiti sources, the aim of it is to increase production to 900,000 bpd. Kuwait intends to imply the same for it’s western fields.
