Industry sources revealed that enabling work on the 25-storey commercial tower at Dubai's Business Bay, Bayswater, is nearly complete.
The Dh345 million (US$ 92 million) Omniyat Properties development is the second of the firm's four commercial developments, according to Khaleej Times.
Designed by the Dubai-based architectural and civil engineering firm Dubarch, Bayswater is expected to fill the mid-market segment targeted at medium sized companies that want competitively priced Grade-A office space.
Enabling work being driven forward by Al Dafra Piling and Contracting Company (APCC)
"The enabling work on Bayswater has progressed well, and is now on track for a January 2007 start on the main structure, which will be completed by the third quarter of 2008," said Mehdi Amjad, President and CEO, Omniyat Properties.
