According to Al-Khaleej newspaper, a group of Emirati residents and financial institutions are willing to buy apartments at the "Knightsbridge" real estate project in central London. The Emirates are expected to pay GBP415 million for these apartments. In addition to the Emirates, Arab, Russian, British and Irish investors are expected to purchase apartments in this real estate project.

The Knightsbridge itself is a large new development with 191 unusually spacious apartments, seven extra special penthouses and seven mews houses. The developers claim that this is the largest and most important residential development in Knightsbridge for 30 years and that such a prime location will never come on the market again .A unique feature of the apartments is the level of service offered. The Knightsbridge is the first London address to offer round-the-clock first class service like that found in the world's most exclusive hotels.
