Emirates Properties Investment awards AED 141,000,000 contract to al Rostamani Pegel LLC

Emirates Properties Investments Ltd (B.V.I) has announced the appointment of Al Rostamani Pegel LLC as the main contractor for Indigo Icon, a striking new development at Nakheel’s Jumeirah Lake Towers.

 

Strategically located between the fifth and sixth interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Atkins designed tower will share the same striking A-shape structure as Indigo Tower, a commercial and residential tower by the same developers.

Indigo Icon will make extensive use of Indigo coloured glass complementing a silver grey exterior. It will be within easy reach of the commercial centre of Dubai, Emirates Golf Club and the Montgomerie, and every office will boast views of the surrounding lake.

Offices at Indigo Icon will boast a range of amenities including conference rooms, a fully equipped gymnasium, steam rooms, saunas, high speed internet connection, a shopping boulevard, 24-hour security, covered car parking and six high speed lifts.


The development is due for competition in August 2007, and will have arguably one of the best locations at Jumeirah Lake Towers.  All offices will overlook lakes and lush expanses of greenery.  Famous landmarks such as The Palm, Dubai Marina and several luxury beach resorts are all within close proximity.

 

Jumeirah Lake Towers is a high-rise waterfront commercial and residential development by Nakheel, comprising 26 clusters, each with three towers.
