Bonyan International Investment Group has announced that Abu Dhabi based Emirates International Investment Company, owned by National Holdings has acquired a part of Bonyan International Investment Group in a strategic partnership that will lead to the development of many ambitious projects on both local and regional level. This partnership brings into existence one of the biggest investment groups in the region.
Engineer Abdullah Atatreh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bonyan International Investment Group welcomed the alliance and said that this association further strengthens our position in the market as we share a common goal and vision to develop big projects and invest in the future growth of the industry.
Atatreh added, “This partnership will expand the investment in real estate sector to banking, industrial and commercial areas as well. Bonyan International Investment Group has the resources and expertise to develop properties on a regional level and we already have projects lined-up across the Gulf. Some of our key projects in the UAE include the Rose Rotana suites, the tallest suites tower hotel in the world being built on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Gate 1 Tower and Dubai Gate 2 Tower and the Sharjah Gate. In Qatar, we are involved in the development of the Lagoon Plaza and the Palm Tower and in Jordan we have recently started the construction of Bonyan Jordan City, a multiplex of five rising towers and a shopping mall. In addition we have projects in Lebanon, Bahrain and Oman as well.
