Emirates Airlines confirmed to ban passengers from carrying out pagers, walkie-talkies, and other wireless communication devices on its aircraft. This decision was impacted by the very recent pager attacks carried out by Israel and targeting Hezbollah members.
Moreover, the company announced the extension of its flight cancellations to multiple Middle East destinations due to the continuous regional escalations and tensions.
The company said in an online announcement: "All passengers traveling to, from, or via Dubai are prohibited from transporting pagers and walkie-talkies in checked or cabin baggage."
