The prestigious Una lakeside residential development at The Views near the Emirates Golf Club has been completed on schedule by developer Emaar Properties, with residents of the new development have begun moving in to the two-bedroom apartments.
The completion of Una comes at the heels of recent the hand-over of units to home-owners at Turia in April 2006, according to Khaleej Times. Work is currently underway on the other components of Arno, Golf Towers, The Fairways, The Links and Travo.
"Demand for community living projects in prime locations across Dubai continues to surge," said Bahiya Kayed, Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties.
"With the completion of the 42 chic mid-rise residential apartments at Una, we are not only offering value-added developments but also setting new benchmarks in lifestyle property choices," Kayed added.
Una, whose name is derived from a Bulgarian river, offers Riviera-style two-bedroom apartments,with sizes ranging from 1,109 to 1,337 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, children's play area, gymnasium, mini-sports court, play areas, retail outlets and parks with walkways.
