Emaar Properties has entered into an alliance with Germany's Engel & Volkers, a property services company as part of the company’s ambitious international marketing drive to extend its reach beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and into new growth markets in Europe.

The agreement follows close on the heels of Emaar’s new international corporate advertising campaign, which was unveiled globally on March 28, and aims to build Emaar’s brand value in markets across the GCC, Europe, Far East and the Sub-continent.

The Hamburg-based real estate company specializes in the marketing of luxurious high-end properties. More than 100 residential real estate outlets in Europe, Africa and the US which form part of Engel & Volkers’s vast distribution network, will market Emaar’s residential developments to more than 300,000 customers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Engel & Volkers is represented in eleven countries across Europe, USA, Africa and Asia through a network of 11 commercial property offices and 722 employees. The company boasts an in-house Real Estate Academy and training system. — (menareport.com)
