Mohammad Ali Al Abbar, EME chairman, replying to questions by the press Saturday, said the lawsuit filed against it in Saudi Arabia by its joint venture is over. He did not elaborate.
According to reports, Emaar had been accused of violating a contract signed earlier with its partners to establish the joint venture, Saudi Emaar, and failing to commence profitable projects.
