Israel’s Elscint’s company proxy statement sent to shareholders were approved by the required majorities. In addition, the company announced that its audit committee and board of directors approved a three-year extension to the agreement for the allocation of costs and expenses by and among Elbit Medical Imaging(EMI), and Europe-Israel.
The terms of the agreement, as extended, will be identical to those determined for the year 2002 under the original agreement.
