Elements Cafe was officially opened in the Link at Wafi City Mall in Dubai. Outfitted at a cost of one million dollars, the restaurant is the first in an international lifestyle café chain designed and conceptualized in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by Dubai-headquartered hospitality consultants Thomas Klein International.
The 167-seater lifestyle café, which boasts a designer-Shisha terrace, also offers a combination-style menu, which lets diners choose their type of dish, the mode of cooking, sauces and accompaniments. The chain has already received franchise interest from Egypt and Lebanon. — (menareport.com)
