The Lebanese Minister of Energy and Water, Mohamed Baydhoun, has recently inaugurated the Deir-Nabbouh Electricity Generation Station in the Dhanya region of Lebanon, according to Al-Hayat daily.
The station, which was damaged by Israeli air strikes in February 2000, was refurbished with Kuwaiti funding, under the auspices of the Kuwait Development Fund. –(MENA Report)
