Some 80 percent of the ‘Rose Tower’ project has been completed, while the project is set to open its doors some time in January 2007, said real estate company Bonyan International Investment Group.

The Dh500 million Rose Tower, which overlooks Shaikh Zayed Road, is set to be the world's tallest hotel apartment, according to Gulf News.

"We are moving at the right pace to meet our target date for completion," said Abdullah Atatreh, chairman of Bonyan.

The 333-metre construction will feature luxury accommodation, restaurants, and shopping and leisure facilities.
