Egyptian real estate firm have been increasingly targeting UAE residents in an effort to lure potential investors. According to Khaleej Times, the Egyptian property market is characterised by a growth in purchases by both Emiratis and Egyptians who work in the UAE. Within the framework of these marketing efforts, last month two exhibitions were held in Abu Dhabi at which Egyptian companies marketed real estate projects.
