Egyptian exports to Saudi Arabia rose by $18 million during the first nine months of 2003. Egypt's Al-A'lem Al-Yaum newspaper said contacts were underway between the Kingdom and Egypt to hold the joint technical committee
within this month of May.
The joint committee is scheduled to review issues pertaining to lifting the ban imposed on the exports of the Egyptian meat and livestock and fresh potato.
