The Egyptian Electrical Project Company has recently won two tenders, valued at $26 million in Algeria and in the Sultanate of Oman. The first contract, worth $19 million, outlines the construction of 550-kilometer high-voltage electricity lines in Algeria. The second contract, valued $6.4 million states the completion of 132-voltage electrical lines in Oman, Al-Hayat reported.
The Egyptian company expects to sign similar contracts in the Middle East and Africa in the near future. Egyptian Electrical Project Company has already signed three contracts valued at $13 million for the construction of high voltage electrical lines in Morocco. — (Mena report)
