The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Banks Association has recently discussed arranging a banking delegation to visit Italy based on the bilateral economic cooperation accord started in 1999, reported Al-Ahram . This accord, which was signed by the southern and northern Mediterranean Sea countries, aims to activate bilateral cooperation amongst financial institutions in Italy an Egypt.
