Egypt’s Software Applications Networking and Development (SAND) has implemented its Stingray IVR system for Algeria's latest Audio Text provider.
The system works on 7 E1 lines handling 210 simultaneous phone calls with all related call functionalities and billing data. Stingray IVR system was bundled with different services for song dedications, ring-tone/logo sending and teleshopping. Stingray OLAP billing was used in the backend to produce dynamic reporting from the Call Detail Record (CDR) created logs.
SAND was originally founded in Cairo, Egypt in 1999. Since its establishment, SAND has been providing computer telephony, voice broadcasting over the Internet, web, GSM messaging, and WAP systems. — (menareport.com)
