Kuwait-based Efad Holding said Saturday it would commence work on its mixed-use waterfront project Oqyana in The World early next year. According to GulfNews, the company will introduce a blueprint for Oqyana to Nakheel, the developer of The World, after 50 days.
Oqyana is being developed on 19 islands of The World, a cluster of 300 man-made islands in the shape of the world map, four kilometres off the Dubai coast.
