edara LLC, a Project Management company based in Dubai, is broadening its horizons by establishing an office in Abu Dhabi to help alleviate the firm’s current workload and to drive future expansion, according to new General Manager Phill Edmondson.
The company is currently project managing various enterprises in Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi and was recently awarded its first contract from Manazel, of Abu Dhabi, to develop Dunes Village, a residential complex to be situated within Dubai Investments Park Phase 2.
The sprawling, 463,000 sq ft complex will comprise 19 ultra-modern residential buildings consisting of stylish one and two bedroom apartments plus studios. Valued at around Dhs 250 million, Dunes Village will also feature swimming pools, a state-of-the-art health centre, playgrounds and superbly manicured gardens.
Phill stated, ‘we have been in talks with Manazel’s management for a number of months now and this contract is not only the fruits of our labour, but also a great opportunity for us to impress our new client. Hopefully we will attract even more business in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and thank Manazel for this opportunity to show what edara can do and to put us more firmly on the map in Abu Dhabi.’
