SmartSquare, a cooperative e-Business venture between Dubai’s Zayed University and IBM, will open its doors to the public on March 1, 2003, at Dubai Internet City (DIC). The idea of SmartSquare is to establish a new business partner in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for private and public institutions to create and enhance their e-Business and communication activities.
