A Dutch company is preparing key documents for a tender of running the Aden Containers Terminal (ACT), an official source said Monday.
The Dutch company has signed a contract with the Program for Developing Port Cities to prepare the tender's documents.
According to SABA, manager of the Program Mohammad Zimam said it is currently implementing a general map of Aden city by the British Harolk company. The company has inked an agreement with the Program to implement the plan at a cost of $ 1.1 million.
"The new map aims at dividing Aden city into economic, tourist, and housing zones," Zimam conveyed.
He added the Program would carry out a number of infrastructure projects in the city, worth some $6 million. (menareport.com)
