Dubai's largest real estate agency, Better Homes, recently revealed its plans to launch branch offices worldwide in an effort to expand its operations to clients around the globe.
The firm will begin its expansion with the launch of a landmark office in Mumbai, India. Others openings across the UK and India are scheduled for later in the year, while offices are set to open in Russia, Pakistan, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan Turkey, Qatar and Kuwait by early 2007.
The firm opened its first office in Saudi Arabia in 1994, and currently has eight offices in the kingdom and plans to open a ninth office in the holy city of Mecca in the near future, while it also boasts ten branch offices in Dubai.
Better Homes' services include leasing, sales, property management and consultancy, according to AME Info. The firm's Project Sales & Marketing Division has forged exclusive agreements with several of the world's top developers and landlords, while pioneering new concepts in real estate such as short-term rentals for business or vacation and online property search facilities.
The firm, which began as a one woman enterprise, has now been operating in the United Arab Emirates for two decades and it currently one of the foremost real estate companies in the region, boasts greater sales, leases and property management ventures than any other local real estate firm.
