The award will be handed to Omniyat’s Peter Stephenson, Executive Director of Development, when he presents to this year's CTBUH Tall + Urban Innovation Conference in Shenzhen, China, in April.
“It is a great honour to be awarded with this accolade. This award celebrates the legacy of the late Dame Zaha Hadid, who has left an important mark on UAE’s design landscape. The award is also a testament of Omniyat’s commitment to innovation and uniqueness, which has made a positive impact on our business, our industry and the region,” said Mahdi Amjad, Omniyat’s CEO and Executive Chairman.
At the annual CTBUH Tall + Urban Innovation Conference, Peter Stephenson from Omniyat will present to the audience in attendance key insights that made Opus a distinguished winner at the Awards. As a visually-striking development, The Opus is an architectural wonder made of engineering at its most impressive. Located at Dubai’s Burj Khalifa district, the structure combines a variety of residences and design hotel operated by the leading hotelier group ME by Melia Hotels International.
