The value of land transactions registered on 30-10-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 99 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 4 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 91 million paid for a 32958 sq feet area in Al Nahda Second.An amount of Dhs 4.2 million, for a 22500 sq feet area of land in Al Khawaneej First, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 2 million paid for a 7500 sq feet area in the Mirdif district.
The single biggest plot sold was 32958 sq feet at Al Nahda Second for the sum of Dhs 91 million. The second biggest was the 22500 sq feet area in Al Khawaneej First that sold for Dhs 4.2 million.
