The value of land transactions registered on 26-11-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 45 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 11 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 16.656 million paid for a 44416 sq feet area in Jumeira Third. An amount of Dhs 7.5 million, for a 10820 sq feet area of land in Jumeira Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 4.5 million paid for a 4550 sq feet area in the Al Karama district.
The single biggest plot sold was 44416 sq feet at Jumeira Third for the sum of Dhs 16.656 million. The second biggest was the 15000 sq feet area in Al Barsha Second that sold for Dhs 3.3 million.
