The value of land transactions registered on 10-12-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 62 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 10 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 15.6 million paid for a 78000 sq feet area in Al Twar Third.An amount of Dhs 14.2 million, for a 7944 sq feet area of land in Al Karama, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 12.32132 million paid for a 15026 sq feet area in the Al Barsha First district.
The single biggest plot sold was 78000 sq feet at Al Twar Third for the sum of Dhs 15.6 million. The second biggest was the 46767.57 sq feet area in Nad Al Shiba that sold for Dhs 5.144666 million.
