The value of land transactions registered on 02-04-2006 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 183 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 18 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 37.85855 million paid for a 757171 sq feet area in Al Khawaneej Second.An amount of Dhs 33.333333 million, for a 803491 sq feet area of land in Um Ramool, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 27.186 million paid for a 23640 sq feet area in the Al Garhoud district.
The single biggest plot sold was 803491 sq feet at Um Ramool for the sum of Dhs 33.333333 million. The second biggest was the 757171 sq feet area in Al Khawaneej Second that sold for Dhs 37.85855 million.
