The total value of real estate deals recorded in Dubai, peaked at Dh405.99 million (US$110.5 million) for the week, ended on December 14, 2005, according to the Dubai Land Department.
The department registered real estate sales worth Dh198.69 million (US$54.09 million), while the value of mortgages hit Dh207.3 million (US$56.4 million).
