The total value of land transactions in Dubai June 10 amounted to Dhs77.96 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs70 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs8.36 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 16 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Muhaisanah Fourth that was sold for Dhs14.7 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Muhaisanah Fourth acquired for the sum of Dhs14.6 million and another in Emirates Hills Third for Dhs8.7591 million.
The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the yesterday's sales, with some 3 transactions. Mirdif followed it with 3 sales.
During the period, Muhaisanah Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs29.3 million, followed by the Emirates Hills Third area, Dhs8.76 million, and Emirates Hills First area, Dhs6.5 million.
The biggest area sold was the 67153.37 sq ft in the Emirates Hills Third area, which went for Dhs8.76 million. A 25394 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs14.7 million, while 25390 sq ft of Muhaisanah Fourth was disposed of for Dhs14.6 million.
During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs8.36 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs5 million for an area at Emirates Hills Third. There was another for Dhs1.68 million on an area in Emirates Hills First.
