Potential investors in Dubai real estate insist the market is still plagued by numerous despite recent additions to laws governing the sector. According to Gulf News, questions remain over property inheritance, compensation for late delivery of units, the definition of freehold, and maintenance of common hold areas.

 

According to property analysts, Dubai's authorities added confidence to the market by officially declaring the freehold zones and granting non-UAE nationals the right to register plots in their name.
