Dubai Properties has tied up with a major real estate agency in Egypt in a bid to leverage the potential of the vast North Africa market.
The leading Dubai-based property developer has entered into cooperation with Cairo's well-known and reputed specialist firm -- The Arab Company for Brokerage and Real Estate Services. "We have an abiding interest in North Africa. Not only are the people of the region linked to us by language, religion and culture, but many of the families there have got one or more family members living in the Gulf and the UAE," pointed out Hashim Al Dabal, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties, according to WAM.
He pointed out that Dubai Properties' Egyptian partner was established as a joint stock company in Egypt by a group of major Arab investors.
