"The continuing boom in Dubai's property market coupled with the emirate's unprecedented growth has made Dubai a strategically important venue for exhibitions and exhibitors of this scale. We are pleased that Dubai Properties and other top companies already confirmed their presence in the exhibition," he added.

The portfolio of projects handled by Dubai Properties include the 1.7km long Jumeirah Beach Residence with The Walk as a promenade of retail and entertainment venues stretching the waterfront; Business Bay, the region's business capital that offers the best corporate headquarters for international businesses; The Villa at Dubailand; and Culture Village, which offers an elite lifestyle in an intellectually stimulating environment.

The International Property Show aims to bring together regional and international exhibitors, property developers, financiers, real estate agents and consultants, designers and others involved in the real estate industry in the UAE, the Arab world and other booming real estate markets of the world.
