Captaris, a provider of business information delivery solutions, has reported the implementation at Dubai Police in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) of their RightFax solutions enterprise fax and e-document delivery, CallXpress voice mail and unified messaging solution and Infinite Mobile Delivery server-based wireless solutions.
The Captaris solutions allow the Dubai Police to react quickly to confidential information received by phone, fax and email. The Dubai Police implemented the Captaris solutions on their existing Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. The solutions were seamlessly integrated by ITQAN, an e-services solution provider to the government sector.
