Dubai: May 9 report on Real Estate deals

The total value of land transactions in Dubai May 9 peaked at Dhs59.82 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs21 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs39.12 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of yasterday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Naif that was sold for Dhs7.4307 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Jumeira Third acquired for the sum of Dhs4.5 million and another in Al Barsha Third for Dhs3 million.

 

The Al Warqa Third area was the most active in terms of the yasterday's sales, with some 2 transactions. Abu Hail followed it with one sale.

 

During  the period, Naif recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs7.43 million, followed by the Jumeira Third area, Dhs4.5 million, and Al Barsha Third area, Dhs3 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 15000 sq ft in the Al Barsha Third area, which went for Dhs3 million. A 11802 sq ft plot in the Al Warqa Third Area was acquired for Dhs1.3 million, while 11605 sq ft of Al Warqa Third was disposed of for Dhs1.3 million.

 

During the period under review 8 mortgages worth Dhs37.62 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs24.2 million for an area at Mankhool. There was another for Dhs3.68 million on an area in Mirdif.
