Dubai-based law firm Key & Dixon has entered into an association with UK and German law firm Taylor Wessing. The move allows the two firms to build upon existing cooperation in the Gulf, namely in project finance, corporate, banking, IP/IT, media law and dispute resolution.
Key & Dixon lists amongst its clients multinationals and local companies as well as government related organizations and banks. Its Finance and Projects team had a highly successful 2002 winning mandates in relation to loan facilities of 600 million Emirati dirhams ($163 million) for BurJuman Centre and $900 million for Dubal, and syndicated loan facilities of $45 million for Al-Abdulla Jewellery Traders.
Key & Dixon comprises eight lawyers and provides independent legal counsel and services in response to the commercial requirements of its local and foreign clients. — (menareport.com)
