The Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) announced the launch of its Management Trainee Program for United Arab Emirates (UAE) national graduates, at Careers UAE 2003, which opened today at the Airport Expo Dubai.
Entitled Ertiqaa (Continuous Improvement), the program, which has a mission to promote UAE nationals with leadership qualities, integrates and supports the concept of “Growth Without Limits.”
The 12-month Ertiqaa program, which was initiated last year as a pilot project at the DED, has been launched with the objective of identifying and training young educated nationals with leadership potential to take up responsible positions in leading organizations in Dubai. — (menareport.com)
