During the period, Mardaf recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs2.7 million, followed by the Al Barsha Third area, Dhs2.31 million, and Muhaisanah First area, Dhs1.8 million.
The biggest area sold was the 15371 sq ft in the Al Barsha Third area, which went for Dhs2.31 million. A 15000 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah First Area was acquired for Dhs1.8 million, while 10000 sq ft of Mardaf was disposed of for Dhs2.7 million .
