The value of land transactions registered on 28-03-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 74 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
All in all, there were 11 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 31 million paid for a 522512 sq feet area in Wadi Al Amardi. An amount of Dhs 20 million, for a 512690 sq feet area of land in Al Khawaneej Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 5.632222 million paid for a 16584 sq feet area in the Al Barsha First district.
The single biggest plot sold was 522512 sq feet at Wadi Al Amardi for the sum of Dhs 31 million. The second biggest was the 512690 sq feet area in Al Khawaneej Second that sold for Dhs 20 million.
