The value of land transactions registered on 21-02-2006 in Dubai reached a total of Dh 52 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 8 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 25.5 million paid for a 25000 sq feet area in Al Nahda First.An amount of Dhs 7 million, for a 24058 sq feet area of land in Al Bada, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 6 million paid for a 20000 sq feet area in the Al Saffa Second district.
The single biggest plot sold was 25000 sq feet at Al Nahda First for the sum of Dhs 25.5 million. The second biggest was the 24058 sq feet area in Al Bada that sold for Dhs 7 million.
