The value of land transactions registered on 18-06-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 66 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department. There were 17 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 17 million paid for a 6033 sq feet area in Al Mararr.An amount of Dhs 10 million, for a 24000 sq feet area of land in Um Suqaim First, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 8.91288 million paid for a 74274 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
The single biggest plot sold was 135849.23 sq feet at Al Aweer Second for the sum of Dhs 3.3 million. The second biggest was the 74274 sq feet area in Mardaf that sold for Dhs 8.91288 million.
