There were a total of 234 cash sales during the month of October and these were worth AED 1.03 billions, 135 mortgage transactions worth AED 1.96 billions and 15 donations of land and property worth AED 97.48 millions.
The 234 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of October were spread across 46 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 2.30 million sq. ft.
There were 119 transactions involving the sale of 885.20thousand sq ft of open spaces for a total of AED 1.98 billions. There were 313 transactions involving the sale of 1.41 million sq. ft of build, or developed, land.
