A total of 13 plots worth Dh118.5 million are to go on the auction block next month at the Dubai Land Department, a top department official said, according to Gulf News.
The plots are situated in the Mirdiff area and are being sold by Dubai Municipality, with starting prices ranging from Dh3.4 million to Dh29.2 million per plot. Mirdiff is located near Dubai airport.
